Abstract

Although diverse treatment options are available, Khanna & Andrade’s Group III and above patients of Oral Submucous Fibrosis are usually indicated for surgical treatment besides other treatment that clinicians may deem fit. This article presents the surgical protocol followed at our department for Oral Submucous Fibrosis, two cases of Oral Submucous Fibrosis of Khanna & Andrade’s Group III & above treated at our department surgically, a discussion of our surgical protocol and a discussion of our results for these two cases.
