Ameloblastoma: diagnosis, conservative management and outcome
Abstract
Ameloblastoma is epithelial odontogenic tumour known to be a benign lesion that is locally invasive, compromising total of 1% among all the tumours and cysts of jaws. It is most frequently found in molar ramus region of mandible. In this report we present a case of a large lesion which was diagnosed to be as ameloblastoma of ramus of mandible, which presented with typical features describing its diagnosis, conservative management and outcome
